The pilot is provided free of charge for the agreed pilot period and school/student numbers; no payment is required to take part. The pilot runs for half a term from the date of onboarding or until the review session is completed - whichever is sooner.

The pilot offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended by Satchel at any time before onboarding is confirmed. Limited to one student Belonging Audit pilot per Trust; Satchel reserves the right to limit the number of participating Trusts and schools at its discretion.

There is no obligation to purchase a paid subscription following participation in the pilot.

A signed SLA is required before setup followed by connection to schools’ MIS via Wonde. The Trust confirms it has authority to share student data for this purpose which will be processed in accordance with Satchel Pulse's Data Processing Agreement and UK GDPR.

A MAT/Federation leader and contact from each pilot school must attend the set up meeting to ensure best implementation.Surveys must be distributed via the Trust's usual communication channels; response rates will vary and depend on school participation levels.

The 30-minute results review is offered once per pilot Trust and must be scheduled within 10 working days of survey close.

Aggregated, anonymised insights from the pilot may be used by Satchel for internal reporting or case studies, with the Trust's explicit consent sought before use.
