Get the Inclusive Mainstream Fund right, and your Inclusion Strategy done

Every mainstream school in England must publish an Inclusion Strategy by 31 December 2026, setting out how you’ll spend your Inclusive Mainstream Fund (IMF) allocation and your notional SEN budget to remove barriers to learning. WE have created resources to help you plan your funding and write your strategy with confidence.

By the time you see it, it's already cost you

Budgets are stretched. Recruitment costs are rising. Absence, behaviour and staff turnover are draining resources you can't spare. The Inclusive Mainstream Fund raises the stakes: belonging and attendance are highlighted, so schools/Trusts must prove the money is changing outcomes — not just covering costs.
Attendance and behaviour dashboards only tell you what's already happened. By the time a dip shows up, the problem has been building for months. An inclusion strategy built on hindsight won't hold up to governors, Ofsted or the DfE.
